We study mechanisms of tumorigenesis and tumour suppression in colorectal and endometrial cancer with focus on the interaction between the tumour (epi)genome and host immune response, particularly in highly mutated tumours. Our aim is to identify new biomarkers and therapeutic targets we can use to improve treatment of these common diseases.
