The IT transformation programme at the Wellcome centre, is a strategic and comprehensive upgrade of the hardware, software, and working practices to prepare for future challenges. It's working towards an adoption of new technologies and products with focus on enabling new ways of doing things.
We need to evolve the IT operating model with the right framework in place, and plan & deliver some IT Transformation initiatives
Manage the outcomes of the transformation and strategic initiatives, and track delivery and how IT can be used to promote efficiency
