SENIOR BIOINFORMATICIAN

As a Senior Bioinformatician, I focus on all applications supported by the Oxford Genomics Centre (OGC), ranging from standard whole-genome sequencing to the emerging area of spatial transcriptomics. I am responsible for building, developing and maintaining pipelines for a diverse range of projects.
