I started my DPhil in 2017 under the joint supervision of Professor Cecilia Lindgren at the Big Data Institute and Dr Ann-Marie Mallon at MRC Harwell. My project focuses on comparing the functional differences of chromatin architecture between mice and humans. My current interest centres around using publicly available Hi-C data to look at topologically associating domains (TADs).
