Development of geometric methods for analysing biological hypotheses (encoded mathematically) with experimental data (point clouds, networks, images) with applications including (but not limited to) immune response, tumour blood vessels, brain datasets, and more recently multi-species spatio-temporal data and multi-omics network data.
