DPhil Student: Genomic Medicine and Statistics

BIO

I am a DPhil student on the Wellcome Trust Genomic Medicine and Statistics DTC programme. I am based in the MRC Weatherall Institute of Molecular Medicine working under the supervision of Prof Jim Hughes and Prof Doug Higgs. My research focuses on the 3D genome and its role in controlling gene expression. I'm currently investigating the mechanisms and cis-regulatory elements responsible for regulatory domain formation during gene regulation.
