Unfortunately, SelSim is no longer supported, but feel free to have a play and we'll try and answer any questions we can. There are also now a number of programs able to simulate natural selection in a coalescent model e.g. MSB

Both precompiled executables and source code are available. SelSim is, currently, a command line program. Please read the GUIDE to the use of SelSim before running.
Executables: WindowsXP Linux 32bit Linux 64bit
Control file for the executable and example input files
Source code written in C/C++ including makefile.
Extract the tar files using ./tar -xvf SelSim.code.files or a suitable archiving program .
Disclaimer: Due to program complexity, the number of possible option combinations and the unavailability of comparable results these executables have not been exhaustively tested for errors, please report any possible bugs to either spencer@well.ox.ac.uk or gmcoop@ucdavis.edu with the word SelSim in the subject field. Please check simulations results against theoretical results where possible. This program is not written by professional programmers!
