I post software here which I have used in publications, or which I have found useful. Everything should have a README file which contains information about how to run and cite the software. I am always happy to get bug reports, suggestions, and improvements. Obviously though, you use at your own risk.

Grid genotype simulator. Simulate genotypes at unlinked loci for a structured population living on a two-dimensional lattice. Requires a c compiler. Download.
Platypus
Variant caller for Illumina short read data, developed jointly with Andy Rimmer and Gerton Lunter. Available from the Platypus website.
Genetics latex style
Style and bibliograhpy files for the journal Genetics. Originally by Eric C. Anderson here and posted with his permission. The only changes I've made are a few tweaks to the reference formatting. Download.
