HWE Exact P-value calculation in Perl

I have ported the implementation of the exact Hardy-Weinberg Equilibrium (HWE) test algorithm described by Wigginton, et al. (2005) based on the implementations in C and R by Jan Wigginton to a native Perl library. This software is free open-source software (FOSS), licensed under the GPL, and is available here as a perl library.
