Within the WTCHG centre there is a rich collection of functional genomics projects. Researchers within the centre utilise a diversity of high-throughput functional genomics platforms in a wide array of experimental designs and research areas. I am fortunate to collaborate on several of these projects. Amongst these are several large, medium to long term projects that I am involved with, these are listed below.
