Work Summary:

My DPhil was in methods research for the analysis of genetic association studies. During this time I wrote the HAGEN and GENECLUSTER software that is available from Jonathan Marchini's GWAs software website.

Currently, I am working with Affymetrix to design a genotype chip that is optimised for imputation.
