Eleftheria Zeggini I am a Wellcome Trust Research Career Development Fellow in the Wellcome Trust Centre for Human Genetics, University of Oxford.

Research Interests Methodology Our research interests are focused on addressing methodological issues in the design, analysis and interpretation of large-scale association studies and on assessing strategies and methods for efficient investigation into the underlying genetic causes of common disease.
Complex Disease Genetics The ultimate aim of our research is to apply the inferences gained from addressing critical questions of large-scale association analysis design to the genome-wide association and resequencing datasets at our disposal, and to therefore help elucidate the genetic aetiology of complex diseases such as type 2 diabetes and osteoarthritis.
