Dr Theodosios Kyriakou
Postdoctoral Research Fellow
Research Summary
My research interests are focused in elucidating the functional effects of genetic polymorphisms in molecular physiology. I am currently involved in a number of projects stemming from findings of Genome Wide Association studies. Currently my main focus is trying to understand the functional effects of the widely reported association on chromosome 9 with cardiovascular disease.
