I am Head of Bioinformatics and Statistical Genetics at the WTCHG.

My current research interests focus on the mapping of quantitative trait loci (QTL) in the mouse .

A recent review: Finding the molecular basis of complex genetic variation in humans and mice from the 2005 Royal Society meeting on Bioinformatics.

I am also interested in many other bioinformatics topics, including sequence alignment algorithms and statistics which are listed on the left margin of this page.

Drop me an email for more details.
