The framework map for each chromosome is presented as an image.
- Thick horizontal bars indicate 1000:1 framework positions and thin bars represent positions ordered with odds of at least 100:1.
- To the left are shown the names of the 1000:1 framework positions; eg. 1.002 indicates the second
framework position of chromosome 1, which is followed by the name(s) of the marker(s) which define
the position
- Bracketed markers have identical RH scores.
- The 100:1 positions are identified only by their associated marker name.
- To the right is shown the distance between map positions given in centiRay3000 (cR).
Clickable framework map images provide access to the most likely position for all other markers mapped against the framework and to detailed marker information (locus name, accession number, primer sequences...).
RH scores for all markers have been deposited at the European Bioinformatics Institute RHdb.
For unexpected reasons we are unable to display the clickable maps today. We apologize and hope to restore the links with the marker information table shortly.
