1- The framework maps:
The central continuous bar shows the framework map, horizontal bars indicate the framework positions:
- the 1000:1 framework positions are identified by a number (eg 1.001-) attached to their associated marker name which indicates the framework position in the map.- the 100:1 framework positions are identified only by their associated marker name
- * indicates that more than one framework marker exists at the same location to the right of the vertical bar is shown the distance between map positions given in cR(3000)
2- The comprehensive maps:
To the right of the framework maps are vertical bars showing the approximate positions of all other markers mapped against the framework. Solid bars show all positions that are ordered with odds at least 1000:1 better than the next best order while the thickest segment indicates the most likely position; dotted lines are only for visual connection between separated positions of equal likelihood.
