Microarray Analysis

microarrayFigure shows differential expression of Foxp2 target genes in E16 developing mouse ganglionic eminences.

The Oxford Genomics Centre's  bioinformatics unit uses standardized analysis methods to assist the customer in the interpretation of expression, SNP, exon and methylation array data. The following files will be provided with microarray data.

 

  •  Gene and probe signal intensity profiles
  •  QC report – QC metrics to assess the quality of biological and technical aspects of each  sample.

  •    Differential gene expression
  •    Functional enrichment and pathway analysis
  •    Analysis of custom arrays
  •    Analysis of arrays from other platforms
