Research summary: Core support for bioinformatics projects.  Maintenance of Bioinformatics servers and Linux workstations, software and data repositories.  Downstream processing of NextGen (Illumina/Solexa and Roche/454) sequence data.  Administration (shared) of 1152-core HPC cluster.  Advice and collaboration with Unix/Linux, bioinformatics tools, data mining, scripting and data management.
