I am a Research Associate and D.Phil. student of Statistics based at the Wellcome Trust Centre, University of Oxford, UK. I am also a graduate member of Wolfson College.
My research involves designing novel statistical methods and associated numerical algorithms to understand genetic interactions in very large scale datasets. I have recently developed the INTRAPID software, which speeds up large scale genetic interaction computations by around 103 times.
Please find my C.V. here.
