Research Summary

My research focusses on manipulating, integrating, visualizing and annotating large datasets. I use existing tools and where necessary develop new tools for the statistical analysis of large biological datasets such as exome sequencing data and microarray data.

I have experience in a number of programming languages and platforms. These include R, perl and C / C++ on Linux and Windows OS. I run statistical analyses using R and stata.
