Individual Scans
Following the publication of methods for the use of summary genotype statistics from genome-wide genotyping to infer the group (case/control) assignment of an individual (Homer et al, PLoS Genetics, August 2008), we have temporarily taken DIAGRAM data offline. We expect to be posting association summary statistics in the near future.
